The supplier needs to fully understand the parameters that yacht crews have to work in, and be able to work within this and understand the complexity it can involve - time restraints, sudden unexpected departures, compatibility issues, warranties or special account needs.

We allocate personal account managers, so clients are always dealing with the same person from enquiries through to accountancy to order to meet today’s expectations in the Super yacht industry. We understand the VAT implications in Spain and can control budgets by segregated areas. We include PO numbers, offer invoicing in English or Spanish and can accommodate any needs a client may request.
